episodes, each episode has a different topic.
Activities:
"Aman" program presents common daily problems faced people, related to mental health. Through their realistic stories and lived experiences, it aims to highlight the importance of mental health and encourage individuals to make it a priority in their lives.
With its accessibility to everyone, this program explores specific concerns of various demographics in each episode. It equips the audience with tools and solutions to overcome personal psychological crises, creating a compelling narrative and remarkable techniques and presentation that encourage people to do open communication with psychologists. Ultimately, "Aman" offers a positive perspective and practical strategies to address daily mental health issues. Radio PROgram
