“The main objective of the Skilling and Entrepreneurship training program
Activities:
empowers individuals to build connections, launch their own projects, and pursue their fulfilling careers.
Program Description: Drops Program provides participants with the resources and skills needed to navigate the modern world, focusing on two main components, including Digital Training that equips participants with fair knowledge and high skills in areas relevant to digital work. Speech Therapy Training (for Social Work Graduates) that is specialized training caters to the urgent community need for skilled Speech Therapists and prepares graduates for emerging job opportunities. The main Outcomes, due to participating in Drops, the participants developed the following: 1) Connections, The program fosters networking opportunities to build valuable professional relationships. 2) Project Development Skills, the participants were able to gain the knowledge and confidence to launch and manage their own projects. 3) Career Advancement, the program equipped participants with the essential skills and knowledge to pursue their successful careers in the modern world. 4) Freelancing Expertise: The participants were able to acquire the necessary understanding of the local and international freelancing platforms and learn how to effectively utilize them.
